By using Car For Parts you agree to these terms.
Car For Parts is a marketplace that connects people listing a vehicle for parts with buyers who come to remove the parts themselves. We are not a party to any transaction. We do not inspect vehicles, handle payment between users, or guarantee any listing, part, or person.
Publishing a car requires a one-time listing fee paid through Apple In-App Purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple's policies.
You retain ownership of content you post and grant us a license to display it in the Service. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report content and block users in the app; we review reports and may remove content or accounts.
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, interactions with other users, or any transaction or part.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time in the app.
